RICHARD PEARL
Starting in 1994, Richard Pearl established one of the most prominent health food stores in South Florida called Simply Natural. Now a landmark nutrition center, Simply Natural has become one of the premiere healing centers in the area. Having the same staff and location for over 15 years, Simply Natural provides the best advice on how to better your health. With a full line of supplements, weight loss products and free nutritional counseling, Simply Natural was voted South Florida’s best Health Food Center in 2007.
Richard has been hosting his ’Pearls of Health’ talk radio show on WBZT am 1230; Friday’s from 10-11am; and Saturday’s from 11am-12pm., and has been doing radio since 1996. Richard’s familiarity and experience with nutrition and holistic treatment gives you cutting-edge information in easy-to-understand terms so you can make maximum use of the facts. The focus is on wellness – and it’s all presented in an easy-going, friendly manner.
He also hosted two political radio shows from 2003 – 2008 called Simply Politics and Radioactive Politics. He is liberal by nature who uses facts for nutrition, and believes in self-direction, personal responsibility and that constitutionally the only real money is gold and silver.
With his wife Sharooz, Richard is also the owner, of Simply Natural Café, the only fully organic health food restaurant in South Florida. The menu has a Mediterranean flare, offering a variety of meat, fish, chicken, vegetarian and raw dishes. The food is exceptional and priced reasonably.
Richard has helped formulate products for various companies. By working with many of the key innovators, scientists and activists from the industry he has developed vital formulas to enhance life.
As an expert, he has published numerous articles which have appeared in newspapers, magazines, various periodicals and even appeared on Good Morning America.
